bodyfication2

Above the current issue of the Bodyfication magazine. I blogged some pictures of this series here before. (Model is Ludwig, the son of the tattoo artist Maximilian Gasolini/Inkstation, Göteborg) and again: the tattoos are painted and not real. It feels quite awkward that I have to mention this over and over but I got a lot of criticism concerning this issue.

I also discovered that one of the pictures I blogged here has been stolen by the American News Magazine “Weekly World News”. It has been hijacked without my permission or consent and is still used to illustrate a very negative article about parents illegally tattooing their kids. Neither I nor the tattoo artist nor the magazine Bodyfication has anything to do with this. Legal actions are still in progress.

fotosidan_kirojoodWhile picking up the Orkus Magazine yesterday I discovered on the newsstand that one of the pictures I took of Jan Isaksson made it’s way into the fotosidan magasin.

kids_tattoo

I had the pleasure to work with the tattoo artist Maximilian Gasolini (www.inkstation.nu) lately- both children are actually his kids. Above two of the pictures! (For non-swedish speakers- “far” means “dad”…)

(I just got some comments about the tattoos- just to clarify – the tattoos are in fact painted- not real tattoos!)

Here my picture of Jan Isaksson on the cover of the current bodyfication issue! It will be in the stores this week! You will find some more of my photographs inside the issue.

ulrikvinterReferring to the last post here a portrait I shot of the tattoo artist Ulrik Winter- Rising Sun Graphix- who did Jan’s bodysuit. One of the portraits I took of him are also to see in the new Bodyfication issue.

janne1janne2I was asked to shoot the cover for the Bodyfication Magazine and saw it today for the first time. I am really happy how it turned out! I will post it in the next days! Here a very different shot from the same day with the kind and lovely Jan Isaksson!

ireneandersenI haven’t had the time to post a lot lately- this time for a very nice reason: I had the pleasure of having two dear friends back from Vienna for a visit. Still there was some time left to spend in the studio. I got the chance to work with the very lovely and warm hearted Irene Andersen. (The hats used in the shooting are made by Therese Schimmelsohn- TES hats)

bodyficationI have been doing some pictures for the tattoo and lifestyle magazine bodyfication. Above is an article about the barbarella vs. shock event. There is more to come in the November issue which I can’t post so far…

thistle_piercing2

Here a first preview of the play piercing pictures. I am still working on them and I guess it will take me a little while more to finish them. Lots of things want to be done right now…

piercing

The play-piercing shooting I was writing about last time went very well and very smooth- also thanks of Ola and Wille who are fantastic to work with. Angelica did a great job modelling with lots of needles in her body. Here some making of pictures!
